How quickly will I get a response to my feedback?
We respond to all feedback within 48 hours. Bug reports are prioritized and often fixed within 24 hours. Feature requests are reviewed weekly by our product team.
Do you actually read all feedback?
Yes. Every piece of feedback is read by a human on our team. We log all submissions and track them in our product management system. Many of our best features came directly from user feedback.
What happens after I submit feedback?
You'll receive a confirmation email immediately. A team member will respond within 48 hours with next steps, questions, or status updates. For bug reports, we may ask for additional details to reproduce the issue.
Can I vote on other people's feature requests?
Yes! Visit our Request a Tool page to see and vote on community-submitted ideas. High-vote requests get prioritized in our development roadmap.
